Evel Knievel and Kanye West agree to mediation
Evel Knievel and rapper Kanye West have agreed to mediate a copyright lawsuit the motorcycle daredevil filed over a music video West made last year. In the lawsuit, famed daredevil Knievel sued Kanye West, alleging infringment on his trademark and likeness. In a music video, West appeared as "Evel Kanyevel" and wore a white jumpsuit like the one Knievel wore as a famous motorcycle stuntman years ago.
